Way't'be Caj. Keep it up. I followed you over to Gawker and now I'll be visiting daily, whether you are writing there or not. And I'm quite sure that makes me just one of many subway rats you've piped over there. Also, being the maven that I am, I talk up your blog every chance I get (a good friend of mine turned me on to your stuff.)
As someone who fancies himself a writer, I could not be more enamored with your style. I only wish my blog was half as good as yours.

Sure, at the moment they happen to be the same person. But hypothetically speaking, if the UK became a republic tomorrow, and kicked out the Queen, Canada would independently still have a Queen of Canada.

Okay, maybe the tone was a bit harsh in my last message. Tough love I guess. I mean...hey, I'm tickled pink that your pulling down the serious but if this keeps up my production level at work will increase, my potential realized and Lord only knows where that could lead.
Gawker is a real nice place to visit, but...
Seeing this blog semi-abandoned is like looking at a foreclosed McMansion (in an upscale Atlanta suburb) where the grass has gotten too high and scavengers are stealing the copper off of the wiring and the plumbing.
Another metaphor could be that this blog has become like a man in his early 30s with erectile dysfunction.
We miss the Cajun Boy -- HERE.
I guess there's no choice now....one has to go over to GAWKER for a daily Cajun fix. Kind of like the "digital switchover" ready to happen - inevitable, without any other options?
