Yes, I have seen it but it's really well done and a pleasure to see it again...I think PES has a site if I'm not mistaken and has some other really great short films. There's one with a kid using another kid as a skate board that is pretty rad.

Who puts butter/margarine on their sauce? Or sugar??

@anon...sugar is actually a pretty common additive to spaghetti sauce. butter i can see doing, but it's not something i've ever done, that's for sure.

I've never put butter IN the sauce. When I take the pasta out and strain it, I throw it back in the pot with some butter before throwing the sauce onto the pasta.

The number one cardinal rule of restaurants: The reason their food tastes better than your food begins and ends with butter.

Great video, thanks for posting.

And, yes, sugar is actually an important part of spaghetti sauce. Just doesn't taste right without it.

My Italian best friend's Mom would sooner die than put sugar in her 'gravy'. The tomato's should be sweet enough and if you add a little red wine, it will reduce and be slightly sweetened as a result, as well.
