Signs that Chris Matthews was probably not looking forward to Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal's speech last night: "Oh God!"

God bless Chris Matthews! Sure he's a blowhard and a bit of an insufferable douchebag, but I've played this at least a dozen times in the past 12 hours or so and it just never stops being funny...

Perhaps even better was even bigger blowhard Keith Olbermann's post-speech comment..."Jindal’s entrance reminded one of Mr. Burns gamboling toward a table of ointments."

Liberal men are such men's men that they sit at home and touch themselves while watching Keifer Ubermansman and Rachel "not witty" Maddow.

All hail and worship at the temple of Obama!

You can hear a few muffled giggles in there too. Besides the fact that he said "Americans can do anything" about 5 times too many it really wasn't that horrible a speech.

If you forget the fact that American financial "innovation" created this economic clusterfuck. I would ask "American's may be able to do anything, but is it always a good to let them?"

Now to call out Chris Matthews and the rest of the pundit idiots. They were ridiculing him before he even opened his mouth. That's what we're reduced to in this country. His speech was graded entirely on the merits of how he walked out to the podium. Not the fact that its messege and title was oversimplistic pablum.

I also noted he picked up the "fundemental differences" phrase from the Obama campaign.

I went to high school with a guy named Sailor who kept trying out for cheerleading and walked like Bobby Jindal (slight head-tilt and floating steps).
