"Trouble the Water" nominated for Best Documentary Oscar

Yesterday, as I glanced over the list of Academy Award nominations, I somehow overlooked the Best Documentary feature. Upon looking over the list again today, I noticed that my favorite documentary of 2008, Trouble the Water, a film that nobody else seems to have seen, and my number three overall best films of 2008, was nominated for an Oscar in that category. That made me happy.

I'm hoping that the Oscar nomination will offer this film opportunities for a wide re-release. Below is the trailer. Just go see it if it plays near you.
