OMG, my cat does the same licking the air thing when we scratch him there.
Oh God, I hate cats...but this is freaking hilarious.
I read somewhere that that spot on cats, the top of the tail, or in other words, just above the pootie, elicits some sort of, erm, pre-mating response. So basically, you're engaging in feline foreplay.
I've only seen that from cats with fleas on their tail. Maybe they should get a flea comb. But yes it's really cute.
So...when did you make this video?

Btw the way our cat loves to be spanked and the harder the better! When I saw how much she liked it I had to cut her off. No can do.
well, the joke in my house is my male cat thinks i'm his girlfriend. one day he was 'making bread' on my arm, no problem,right? then before i knew it, wet stuff shot on me. swear to god. the freak. now i kick his ass off me the second he starts his bread making fore-play action.
