I...it's just so...who the fuck...alright, really, I have no further words for this whole ridiculous Joe the Plumber as War Correspondent thing, but you absolutely have to keep an ear out for the shining jewel of an exchange between JTP and a television news cameraman near the end of this clip, an exchange that took place just after JTP had concluded a nonsensical rant about the media slanting the news to fit its ideological objectives...
JOE: The story here is people are being killed and the media's slanting it and trying to make it Hamas is, uh, as far as, that Israel's being bad. Do you believe Israel is bad?
CAMERA GUY: Do I believe it?
JOE: Yeah, do you?!
CAMERA GUY: I'm Israeli, so...
JOE: So answer the question!
CAMERA GUY: No, I don't think Israel is bad.
JOE: Do you think Israel has every right to protect itself?
CAMERA GUY: Yeah.
JOE: You do?!
CAMERA GUY: Yeah.
JOE: Have you said that on air?
CAMERA GUY: I'm just a reporter.
What a great national spokesperson for America on the international stage, right?
