Bat-shit crazy, fake baby birthing church lady Sarah Palin is not amused by "some blogger probably sittin' there in your parent's basement blogging"
Oh Sarah. You just don't get it, do you? You, just like so many others in the idiot brigade, try to dismiss the Internet and the voices that inhabit it as some insignificant form of collective subhuman, but you do so at your own peril. I'm also not surprised in the least that your wee brain is completely incapable of not throwing out the tired old "sitting around in pajamas in their mother's basement" slam about people who blog.
What I'm referring to is the interview that Palin gave to Greta Von Susteren that aired on Fox News tonight. At about the 8 minute mark or so, she starts slamming bloggers and the media, just as she did in an interview with the ADN over the weekend, for not reporting that she'd been proven herself to be the mother of Trig when, in fact, SHE HAS NOT, save for her own verbal proclamations of such. Anyway, here's the clip of the first part of that interview...
I have to say, it seems to me that something really fucking weird is going on here. The parts of interviews where she discusses Trig's birth are almost too cringe-worthy for me to watch anymore. Why does she keep bringing this issue up and repeating this lie about having proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that she, and not one of her daughters, gave birth to Trig, when no such thing has happened? Is she employing the ole "tell a lie often enough and they'll believe it" strategy here? Despite what can be described as nothing less than outright begging by the Internet community and some members of the mainstream media, Palin has yet to provide copies of her own medical records or any documentation regarding Trig's birth.
None.
Nada.
Zilch.
And when is ANY member of the fucking media going to have the nuts and/or the brains to offer a simple GODDAMN FOLLOW-UP QUESTION to these blatant lies?!?! A simple, "I'm sorry Governor, but just what proof are you talking about that you say the media ignored?" would do just fine. JesusChristMotherfuckingCunt this is maddening!
And here's the second part of the interview, in which she again employs the "sitting around in their pajamas in their mother's basement" strategy to discredit people with blogs. Perhaps a pattern is emerging here...

So in a Monday morning news article they report she's frantically been going through the clothing all weekend so she can send it back to the RNC and yet by whenever they filmed the interview to air on Monday evening it's already been sent back?

It's quite apparent that this woman is not responsible for ANYTHING! Everything she's said or been accused of has been someone else's wrong doing. The media spun things incorrectly, aides lied, bloggers start rumors, etc, etc, etc.

I only hope Matt Lauer is wearing is asshole pants when he grills her. I usually can't stand his interviews because of his insistent douchey-ness, but this could be one time it is sorely needed. And plus he probably wants to one up Couric on Palin stumping.

I read this in the AM New York this morning, page 5. She is quoted: “Some of the goofy things like who was Trig’s mom. Well, I’m Trig’s mom, and do you want to see my medical records to prove that?” (Palin told the Anchorage Daily News and KTUU Channel 2.)

what we're seeing now is the real Palin, when the aides tasked with keeping her from self-destructing during the campaign suddenly aren't there anymore.
Hopefully the GOP will let her destroy her own political career, and the last we'll hear from her on the national stage will be in 2012 when she gets pummeled into oblivion during the first week of the GOP primary season.

As for her Trig situation, wasn't that a plotline for Desprate Housewives last season? So she didn't immediately go to the hospital when she went into labor. It's not unheard of especially for tough women. I guess city women have a hard time fathoming not being fully dosed the second they feel pain. Remember she worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska and hunts in brutal weather conditions. She also had 4 previous children and perhaps is pretty familiar with giving birth.
And if Trig is Bristol's baby, so what? Oh I know - then we could have potentially had a liar as VP. Tell me what politician isn't a liar. Remember "Define what is is?" Don't trust any of them - Republican or Democrat. You pay them to do a job - hold them all accountable. Congress is giving away over a TRILLION dollars of our future for political posturing and CYA. Who gives a sh*t about the Desprate housewives plotline.
Matt Lauer teased his Palin family segment that he was going to be with 4 of the 5 Palin children, but Bristol was missing. So maybe tomorrow we will get to see pregnant Bristol or else Track is teleporting in from Iraq.
Matt totally ignored fake baby excuse, but almost looked like he was going to correct her that Harry Potter was written during her time as mayor.
Personally I just love how she tries to shift the focus and questions how the Democrats handled the clothing - where did they come from, how were they purchased?
And trying to say that she doesn't believe it was really that much money - apparently she has never looked at Sak's and Neiman's to see just how overpriced they are. And yes, Sarah, I can guarantee you some of the jackets WERE INDEED a couple of thousand dollars each!

There is absolutely nothing about Sarah Palin's political aspirations that does not smell like canned shit. All there is to admire about her is her unblinking ability to make herself more of a national joke.
Its becoming more clear to me that she and her elk:) are plotting their political careers with cold hard political calculations. As a matter of fact, its her ability to lie with such an innocent demeanor that the Alaskan Republican Womans movement likes about her. She is controllable!
This woman makes my skin crawl. Not for any of the things that are being said about her (those could all be untrue rumors for all I know), but because of the way she smears honey all over everything. If she's not kissing someone's ass, she's charming and smirking her way through interviews, never showing us any knowledge on issues or contradictory evidence, just dismissing her critics with her folksy banter and beauty contestant smile. People like this have always creeped me out. The scariest part is she is so convincing as the hapless victim. She has absolutely convinced me she didn't buy a thread of clothing, had that baby herowndamnself, is an expert on foreign relations, and that bloggers are all sitting in their mom's basements. I believe!

the questions about the labor and birth have nothing to do with her being a "tough woman"...all women are tough when it comes to delivering a child.
the question is, the facts that she has presented dont make sense either logically or medically.
there isnt a obgyn in the country that would allow a woman to first, get on a plane in her 8th month and second, to get on a plane and not seek medical attention after her water breaks. but that is the story she told.
no one at that speech in houston noticed that she was pregnant...no one on the plane ride home noticed that she was pregnant or in any distress...
this isnt just about simple lying...it goes to character or at least, simple common sense.

I just had a scandalous thought myself. What if trig is a product of incest? What would that say about the poster child of the Republican Party? This thought makes me smile.
Sarah Palin, on the DAY before the birth of her son Trig, was able to board an airplane and not one crew member noticed that she was pregnant. The crew has even said as much. Additionally, Palin herself was quoted in the Wall Street Journal that at the time she boarded that flight, she "wasn't showing much".
Here's the part I can't reconcile. She "wasn't showing much" on the day before the birth of her son Trig, yet photos of her with a huge belly mysteriously appeared online after questions were raised (posted in August, but cryptically captioned). How on earth could she go from huge in the legislative halls of Alaska to hardly showing in Texas within just a few days of Trig's birth? I have never known a pregnant woman's belly to shrink in the last week of her pregnancy. And most importantly, how is it even possible that two photos, with their untraceable timestamps, posted in August of this year, are the ONLY two photographs of a pregnant Sarah Palin anywhere?
I have questions about this because she has very strong stands on sex education, birth control, teen pregnancy, and medicine. She needs to be forthcoming about this situation and release her medical records to prove the child is hers, once and for all.
I think it took about 6 months to finish going back and forth with my hospital and insurance to get everything cleaned up, so that we could pay our part of our delivery bills.
Trig is going on 7 months old, the bills would still be fresh.
Why keep questioning her "birth" of Trig? Really? Why not question her ability to handle an economic crisis? Holy sh*t, the government is on the verge of bailing out major car companies. More billions of dollars to companies who refuse to run a business competitively and are running to the gov for help. You may not think that you can afford a new car now, but you'll be buying one.
This is really sad to see you all get so pissed about some woman and whether she had her baby but give a sh*t less about the soon to be TRILLIONS spent on bailing out the private sector of the US. You want justice in exposing Trig-gate. Hopefully you feel the same about the people in the government responsible for the housing and bank crisis. I'm not an expert in economics, but it's my civic duty to learn about it. No wonder Wall Street is melting down. They and the rest of New York are obsessed with mass media gossip instead of how to make money. Spend your time on something productive.
Anonymous, because I am a realist. A woman's policies on the environment and the economy, no matter how misguided, are not enough to keep her out of office. However, as we have witnessed throughout history, personal scandal is. Know this: I am very, very concerned about the economic crisis, but it has nothing whatsoever to do with Sarah Palin. The collapsing economy is a result of greed at all levels of society, corruption, and the complete lack of regulation by the current administration. The people that have the power to put this country back on the right track are the current administration and the President-elect's future administration. Palin is not in that picture and therefore my concerns about her have very little to do with the "meltdown of Wall Street". Why should I question whether she has given birth to Trig and not her economic policies? Answer: Your question is a giant red herring.
What Sarah Palin DOES represent to me is right-wing extremism. The people who are heaven-bent on injecting their personal religious beliefs into everyone's lives, and removing reproductive education in public schools and reproductive rights from women. These issues are important to me as well. As a potential future presidential candidate, I would like to see Palin exposed as the liar and hypocrite that I believe she is. If she has created a mountain of lies to cover up for a family scandal, it would show her to be capable of deeds unbefitting the leader of this country.
It shouldn't worry the Palin apologists a bit that there are so many of us demanding to see her medical records. If she's being honest, she'll have to eventually be forthcoming. Then we'll all slink back to our mom's basements quietly.
